Beginning in 2005 Pump That Septic began as a service of Dig-It Excavating and grew with the internet generation. Focussed on clean, clear communications, transparent posts on facebook and youtube videos, Pump That Septic quickly gained the reputation as being the premiere service option for the septic system

Defining the Brand

The Pump That Septic brand is professional, clean, and with an emphasis in customer service, it may not be the cheapest option, but if you want the job done right and have the company stand behind their work, Pump That Septic is that go to company. The Brand began with the service man and the "Pump every 3" mark. All advertising featured the owner/service professional that would actually perform the work.

Client Requirements

The client wanted a brand that would be adaptable for social media as well as for one-on-one, easy access to contact information was also necessary. Having Personality built in the brand so that in some way people could understand, leave better educated and make a prepared decision on what must happen next for their project.

Execution

When Pump That Septic began the phonebook was the advertising of choice. Pump That Septic challenged that thinking and wanted to branch out in different channels of advertising, this included give-aways like t-shirs and hats, Website, facebook advertising, adwords with google, youtube video ads, tv spots, radio, place mats, well designed vehicle fleet etc...
